Shortly after 1pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024, Kaleb Robinson was captured at Sheetz in the Town of Tappahannock. Officers from the Town of Tappahannock and Essex County Sheriff's Office spotted the vehicle Robinson was riding in and arrested him without incident.
