Dear Fellow Citizens,

It is with great pride that I present the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office Annual Report
for the year 2023. This marks my sixteenth year as your sheriff and it has been an exciting and
productive one. It is my pleasure to provide you with the information about the operations and
accomplishments of your sheriff’s office, information that reflects the dedication and hard
work of all the members. The men and women of the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office
have worked diligently to provide high quality service and continue to strive toward a better
community. I am proud of their efforts.

As you read through the 2023 Annual Report, you will better understand the function and
organizational structure of the sheriff’s office. I assure you that we will continue our efforts to
better serve you, the community. We will strive to achieve our mission, vision, and values by
