K-9 ‘Stitch’ and his handler,  Deputy Anthony “AJ” Darby , graduated on Friday, December 4, 2020 from a eight week patrol/narcotics school with certification through Professional K-9 Services. Deputy Darby is assigned to the patrol division. K-9 ‘Stitch’ is a three year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix and is dually trained in patrol and narcotics.

Congratulations to Deputy Darby and K-9 ‘Stitch. I am extremely proud and excited to have them both on our team. They will be a tremendous asset to the sheriff’s office and our community.
