Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics, concepts, and techniques. Is is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance.
Be empowered to make a plan of action to defend yourself no matter physical condition or age (13-80 years).
