The Westmoreland County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating Samuel Michael Riggles, a 17-year-old juvenile who has been reported missing. Samuel, also known by the nicknames "Sam" or "Sammy," is a white male, approximately 6'1" tall, weighing around 161 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a cross on his right forearm and may be wearing an earring in his right ear.

Last Seen:

• Date/Time: September 8, 2024, at approximately 11:50 PM
• Vehicle: Silver 2008 Infiniti G-35 sedan, Virginia License Plate TNY9357
• Possible Location: Fredericksburg and/or Stafford County, Virginia area
• Clothing: Black, white, and red Nike shoes, gray pants, and a light-colored t-shirt
• Other Information: Samuel may have glasses, but does not typically wear them
