The Colonial Beach Police Department and the Westmoreland County Sheriff's Office are attempting to locate Timothy Edwin McDowney (AKA: "Tim Tim" and "Yim").  McDowney is WANTED and warrants are on file for the 2nd Degree Murder of Jereamy Jamaine Pierce and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.  The murder occurred on Sunday, June 9, 2024 on Franklin Avenue in the Town of Colonial Beach.

McDowney is a black male with short black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6" 01" tall.  His last known address is 425 Monticello Drive; Colonial Beach, VA 22443 and he is known to frequent the Colonial Beach, King George, and Fredericksburg areas.  McDowney is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.  If located, please call 911 or your local law enforcement agency immediately.
